Warranty

GRINDER WARRANTY:

Iivy grinders are built to last with proper use and care. We warrant our Grinders to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of two (2) years starting from the date of purchase provided you register your item with us within 30 days of receipt.

WHAT"S COVERED

This Warranty extends to the original metal components of the body of the grinder and covers any defects caused during the manufacturing process. Exceptions to the Warranty are as follows:

• Accidental damage
• Damage cause by neglect or lack of reasonable care (see the insert card for care instructions)
• Damage to the exterior or interior finish
• Broken pieces due to misuse
• Damage due to abnormal use (i.e. grinding items other than Cannabis flower)
• Other clear evidence of poor treatment or neglect
• Normal changes in colour and patina acquired through use 

REPARATIONS

We will repair the grinder or replace it with a grinder of equal or greater value.

Replacement or repair will be at our discretion (we will of course discuss this with you first).

Replacement will be made based on availability of current shapes, styles and finishes if the original size and style and size is unavailable.
