Shipping Policy

Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that this is an estimation. If there are delays out of our control such as high volume of orders, courier problems, traffic (accidents etc.) we will do our best to get the order to you as quickly as possible. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $20 flat rate shipping to customers within Canada. 

Free shipping: We offer free shipping with orders of $100 or more. 

In-store Pickup

Free pickup is available at 1946 Queen St E. Toronto, ON. 

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days (without any unforeseen delays). 

Pickups are available during the operating hours of Brigham and More (typically Monday to Saturday 10:30am-6:00pm and Sunday 11am-4pm). We will contact you via email with the email you provided at checkout to notify you the order can be picked up and with additional instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to the store. 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@iivy.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. 

Returns 

Please see our Return Policy for more information on Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges. 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, we will refund the item(s) returned.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@iivy.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
